Hello and welcome to the Fountain Pen Weekly! This is a weekly look at the world of fountain pens from the perspective of enthusiasts and hobbyists.

One of the most rewarding things about being a fountain pen user is the amazing worldwide community you are part of. The way knowledge and experience is shared in this community is quite unparallelled. Newcomers are supported and made to feel welcome, and long-time veterans are happy to share their experiences and learning without any airs. Of course, there are exceptions to this everywhere, but this community handles them with more grace and humour than most others.

This newsletter is an attempt to tap into that community, and share the experience and learning on a regular basis, in an easily accessible format, right in our inboxes, once a week.

There’s also a bit of whimsy in making something as old-fashioned as an email newsletter during a time when email has been declared dead, buried and unfashionable.
